I was just wondering if they would dissappear from my face over time?

no but popped blood vessels do. you can get them removed & there is a way to have it covered under medical for it to be tested for cancer….
No, moles are pretty much forever. They can still grow too. If it bothers you, you can have it removed in your doctors office. Just so long as it’s medically necessary. If it itches then it’s medically necessary.
