How To Get Rid Of Moles
Skin Moles FAQ:
Could anybody suggest me any of the treatment options for removing of the skin moles. Recently, I’ve got a sun burn and afterwards a lot of moles (melanin stains) appeared on my skin. It’s kind of embarrasing for me.
Thank you.

I know you can go to the doctor and get moles removed. If they are too big they good cause cancer. You should ask your doctor at your next check up.

Funny – I was just answering another person’s question about a totally different topic and ended up recommending drinking green smoothies (greens like romaine put in a blender with fruits and water – surprisingly yummy). When I saw your question, I remembered a well-known nutrition author, Victoria Boutenko, who promotes green smoothies for a healthy diet. When she started eating lots of greens this way, after about a month, moles that she had all her life just fell off her body. I’m not hard core enough of a health nut to have had this experience, but it is important to remember that diet can affect your skin condition. I can say that after eating lots of carrots for a while, I no longer got sunburned (they say carotene is a natural sunscreen) – and I’m super fair skinned and blonde/blue-eyed!

You’ll probably get other answers with more practical, quicker fixes, but I just thought I’d share this *food* for thought.
