Help i just found out that i have a mole on my face. It’s dark, small and flat. But i don’t think it’s considered a beauty mark since it’s on my cheek and i **** it. I just got it and i have no idea why.

What causes moles to appear on your skin? How can you prevent or get rid of them?

i think its the sun, but im not sure.
im COVERED in them and have been my whole life.
and if im out in the sun all day i usually have a few more by the end of the day.
i dont know how you can get rid of them though,
my doctor said they’re okay unless they’re uneven or raised off the skin like a bump.
