Hey guys, i wonder if removing skin moles helps reduce a chance of a skin cancer? Thanks for any information provided.

If the moles are actually cancerous it totally depends on how much time has passed. The earlier any cancer gets diagnosed the better the prognosis. Now if you mean just removing moles that are benign…. then thats just a roll of the dice as to whether they would ever turn cancerous.

A mole may develop precancerous changes or may develop cancer. In both cases removing moles reduces the chances of getting skin cancer or widespread cancer reduces a lot. If you have moles from your birth get them removed immediately. To know about abcd of melanoma, click here-
